Returns & Refunds Policy

At She Tells Tales, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

 

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

  • Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. She Tells Tales cannot be responsible for items that are damaged while being returned due to inadequate packaging.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shetellstales.uk@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:​

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging, where possible

Once we've reviewed your request, you may choose between:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund.

 

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, She Tells Tales will cover any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds

 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

 

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for:

​

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsellable condition (unless they are faulty).

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
